That's the saying, but we have noticed March came in like a lamb and is going out like a lion! Here are photos of our lions and lambs. (contributing to class discussions is always optional, so if you do not see your child's name they did not contribute) A big thank you to Erin's mom, Becky, who brought her stethoscope in so the children could listen to their own hearts beating. Ms. Becky talked to us about visiting the hospital (where she works) and showed us her Encyclopedia of the Human Body book. Thanks for visiting Ms. Becky! We are so proud of our morning student, Kash, who raised money for children with cancer through participating in this year's Hair Massacure. Kash and his brother Caden raised over $500! Kash sported pink hair for weeks leading up to getting it shaved off at West Edmonton Mall in February.
Kash we are so, so proud of you! Way to go! Clifford the Big Red Dog was at our school today visiting the book fair. He stopped by to give hugs and high fives to our morning class.
This week we got to try playing Miss Sharon's ukulele! We learned it was part of the string family, just like her guitar. We also sang, danced, and played instruments in the percussion family. |
